By creating an account or using SmartInfer ("Service"), operated by Hasher Security Private Limited ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. By signing up, you expressly acknowledge and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SmartInfer is an AI inference orchestration platform that enables users to build, manage, and execute AI processing pipelines through a unified gateway. The Service provides routing, load balancing, and management of API calls to various AI model providers.

You must verify your email address before accessing the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Each subscription plan has defined API rate limits and usage quotas. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension of access. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and managing your API keys securely.
The Service routes requests to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). Your use of these providers through SmartInfer is also subject to their respective terms of service and usage policies. We are not responsible for the output, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI models.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Hasher Security Private Limited. You retain ownership of your data and content processed through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, particularly when processing personal data through AI pipelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
